The Canterbury House is an 1880 Victorian townhouse that has been completely restored to offer modern comfort combined with historic authenticity. Standards for historic preservation have been followed in renovating for use as a tourist home. The house is furnished with Period antiques, but is not a museum set piece. It is their intention that it reflect fine craftsmanship and beautiful surroundings combined with the warmth and hospitality reminiscent of a family homecoming.
